Welcome to MYJDA’s Multi-Vendor Marketplace. By registering as a vendor or using our platform, you agree to the terms and policies listed below.

Vendor Account Eligibility
To join MYJDA as a vendor, you must provide accurate personal and business information. MYJDA has the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

Right to Terminate Accounts
MYJDA reserves the full right to suspend or permanently terminate any vendor account at any time for:

Policy violations

Fraud or suspicious activity

Delayed orders

Misconduct toward customers or staff

Security risks

Termination decisions are final.

Order Fulfillment Policy
Vendors must fulfill every order within 2 minutes.
If an order is delayed, pending, or not delivered:

The order may be cancelled

The vendor may be suspended or removed from the platform

Fast delivery is mandatory.

Vendor Information Requirements
Vendors must keep all details up to date, including:

Bank account information

Contact details

Payment receiving information

Business identity

If a vendor uses old accounts or outdated details, MYJDA is not responsible for lost or delayed funds.

Professional Conduct
Vendors must interact professionally at all times.
Any misbehavior, abusive language, or unprofessional conduct toward customers or MYJDA staff will result in immediate account termination.

Account Security
Vendors are not allowed to share:

Login credentials

Passwords

Dashboard access

Any system access with third parties

Unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination.

No Direct Contact With Customers
Vendors are strictly prohibited from contacting customers directly through:

Phone

WhatsApp

Email

SMS

Social media

Any external platform

All customer communication must be handled only by MYJDA.

Direct contact leads to immediate termination.

Fraud Prevention & Legal Action
MYJDA has zero tolerance for fraud.
If any vendor is involved in fraudulent activity, MYJDA will:

Suspend the vendor

Terminate the account

Report the case to law enforcement

Fraud will be handled under:

🇨🇦 Canadian Law
🇵🇰 Pakistani Law

This includes payment fraud, identity misuse, chargeback scams, or manipulation of orders.

Compliance With MYJDA Rules
By using the MYJDA platform, vendors must comply with:

All MYJDA rules and updates

Security guidelines

Operational standards

Non-compliance may result in removal from the marketplace.

Policy Updates
MYJDA may update or modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified through the platform. Continued use of the service means acceptance of updated terms.
